Refund policy
Last updated
You get the full source code the moment you pay, so we can't refund a change of mind. Try the free blocks and the live previews first. If something you bought doesn't work, tell us and we'll fix it or refund you.
We refund the full amount, tax included, when:
- an item doesn't install or work as its page describes, and we can't fix it within 14 days of you telling us, however long ago you bought it;
- we close your account for a reason other than a breach, as the terms say.
If you were charged twice or the wrong amount, we refund the extra charge or the difference, and your access carries on. A charge you didn't make is refunded in full.
Your right to cancel
At checkout you ask for immediate access and confirm that you lose your legal right to cancel once you have it. Under UK and EU consumer law, your 14-day right to cancel a digital content purchase then ends when your access starts. We email you a confirmation of this after you pay.
If you buy as a consumer, your legal rights when an item is faulty, not fit for purpose or not as described stay as they are: you can ask us to repair it, and if we can't, for a price reduction of up to the full price.
How to ask
Email support@dashboardblocks.com from the address on your account, or ask Link support from your receipt. For a fault, tell us which item and what goes wrong. We answer within 2 business days, and the money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Refunds from Link
Stripe is the merchant of record for your purchase and sells All-Access through Link, its checkout. Link may refund you under its own refund policy and terms, which may give you a cooling-off period of their own, up to 60 days after the purchase. Those refunds have the same effect as ours.
What a refund ends
A full refund ends the licence for that purchase. Your access ends, your token stops working, and you must remove the paid code from the projects you still control, as the licence says. You keep your account and can buy again later.
If you dispute the payment with your bank, your access and token stop while the dispute is open. If the dispute is decided in our favour, they come back. If it isn't, the licence ends as it does after a refund.
Teams
- Refunding a team purchase ends every seat on the team, the buyer's included.
- If you upgraded from a personal purchase to a team, refunding the upgrade puts you back on personal All-Access and ends the other seats.
- Refunding the personal purchase an upgrade was credited against refunds the upgrade too, which ends the team and your own access. A dispute on the personal purchase stops the team and your own access while it's open, as above.
- A seat holder who also bought All-Access for themselves keeps it when the team ends.
