Gauge
NPS, health scores, system load and scores against a target, on radial gauges.
A gauge is for one number on a known scale, where the bands or the target matter as much as the value. Each gauge is a meter with its range and a text value for screen readers, and every band comes with a label and an icon, so colour never carries it alone. Bands sit on the track when you mark the value with a knob, or as a thin scale inside the track when the value is a fill. The fill animates in once, and not at all with reduced motion.
