Members and invites, API keys, notification preferences, integrations, webhooks, a danger zone and your profile.

Settings blocks are the pages every dashboard needs behind the charts: who can get in, what they can do, where notifications go and what the workspace is connected to. Each block keeps its own state so it works as soon as it's installed, and calls back with every change so you can save it. Roles, connection statuses and webhook deliveries each have a label, and failed deliveries are taller as well as red, so colour never carries them alone. Secrets are only ever shown once, and anything that can't be undone asks for the workspace name first. Pass fixed dates, so the blocks render the same on the server and in the browser.

Members

Invite people by email with a role, change roles, remove members, and resend or revoke pending invites. Counts seats against the plan, and stops invites when they're all taken.

Webhooks

Endpoints with the events they receive, their recent deliveries and delivery rate, and a switch to pause each one. An endpoint is failing when its last three deliveries failed.

Danger Zone

Transferring, archiving and deleting the workspace. Deleting asks for the workspace name first.

Actions that affect everyone in the workspace.
  • Transfer ownershipMake another admin the owner. You will become an admin.
  • Archive workspaceStop syncs and alerts, and make dashboards read-only. You can restore it later.
  • Delete workspacePermanently delete the workspace, its dashboards, data sources and API keys. This can’t be undone.

Your photo, name, email, time zone and theme. A new email only takes effect once it's confirmed, and photos over 2 MB are refused before upload.
