Team
Member lists with presence, workload against capacity, who is online, on-call rotas, roles and permissions, and sharing.
These blocks are about the people on a team, not how they rank. Avatars show initials on a tint of your chart colours picked from the name, so the same person gets the same tint everywhere without needing a photo. Presence always has a label next to its dot, and offline is a hollow dot, so colour never carries it alone. Avatar stacks keep every name for screen readers and on hover, and say how many are hidden behind the "+N". Times take a fixed now, and handovers are shown in a named time zone, so they render the same on the server and in the browser.

Roles and Permissions
What each role can do, as a grid of permissions by role. Granting a permission also grants what it needs, and revoking one revokes what depends on it. Changes are highlighted until they're saved, and locked roles, like the owner, have everything.
